Rayquaza soars into this natural phenomenon called the "Emerald Storm", this is when the oceans and skies are at a mirror surface and reflect the suns light off which gives it an emerald tint, this happens rarely and they say flying through this phenomenon can cause massive energy fluctuations and overload a persons body with sun energy.
