Luke very loud and crude, he engages in battle quite brash and boldly, he is carefree trainer, always rushing in without thinking. His personality tends to rube off on his Latios, they share a bond like brothers, Latios being Luke's mentor and Luke being the little brother to Latios. They care for each other greatly, even willing to risk there own lives for one another.
