Ryuga the self proclaimed best in the world, he has tons of experience but due to his arrogance and imperial nature and him believing to be the better then any one else he often loses a lot, but with every lost he has he gains new lessons about himself and Pokemon, Rayquaza very proud of its power but very unstable in battle, he hates listening to Ryuga he often sees Ryuga as a weak foolish brat that cannot control Rayquaza mighty power, but together they learn what it means to be true partners, slowly but assuredly they will learn to accept and understand its trouble.
